MINDR

RETHINKING THE MIND.

A new approach to mental health, chronic pain and emerging medicines.

MINDR is developing an integrated specialist healthcare platform bringing together mental-health consultations, psychedelic-assisted therapy, medicinal cannabis treatment pathways and pharmaceutical innovation.

Our approach combines qualified medical professionals, individual clinical assessment and evidence-informed treatment options for people seeking specialist care.

From initial digital enquiries and clinical screening to specialist assessment and appropriate treatment, MINDR aims to make navigating complex mental-healthcare pathways clearer and more accessible.

ENQUIRE ABOUT AN ASSESSMENT

Treatment availability depends on clinical suitability, applicable prescribing requirements and service readiness.

MINDR web image.png

Specialist mental healthcare. A broader vision.

Mental-healthcare needs are diverse. So are the treatment pathways that may be appropriate.

MINDR is being developed around the principle that patients should have access to informed clinical assessment, appropriate treatment options and coordinated ongoing care.

Our specialist interests include psychedelic-assisted therapy, conventional psychiatric and psychological care, and prescribed oral cannabinoid medicines for eligible patients.

Behind our clinical activities is a broader pharmaceutical business focused on medicine dispensing, oral formulations, professional education and future treatment technology.

OUR TREATMENT PATHWAYS

Exploring appropriate care, together.

MINDR's proposed clinical services span three principal treatment pathways.

PSYCHEDELIC-ASSISTED THERAPY

MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD

Australia has established a regulated pathway under which appropriately authorised psychiatrists may prescribe MDMA for post-traumatic stress disorder in defined circumstances.

MINDR intends to support eligible patients through specialist assessment, treatment planning, preparation, supervised therapy and follow-up care.

This is a specialist treatment pathway, not an on-demand medicine service. Eligibility and access depend on independent psychiatric assessment, applicable authorisations and clinical arrangements.

PSILOCYBIN-ASSISTED THERAPY

A specialist pathway for treatment-resistant depression

Psilocybin may be prescribed by appropriately authorised psychiatrists for treatment-resistant depression under Australia's regulated Authorised Prescriber framework.

MINDR intends to develop clinical pathways incorporating psychiatric assessment, psychological preparation, supervised treatment and appropriate post-treatment support.

Not everyone experiencing depression will be suitable for this approach. A specialist assessment is essential.

MEDICINAL CANNABIS

Oral medicines for eligible patients

MINDR is developing a medicinal cannabis service focused on oral formulations, including pharmaceutical pastilles, gummies and capsules.

Our intended clinical focus includes chronic pain and selected mental-health or sleep-related presentations where a qualified prescriber considers medicinal cannabis appropriate, having regard to the evidence, risks and available alternatives.

MINDR's proposed branded product range deliberately excludes dried flower, smoking products and vaping devices.

HOW MINDR WORKS

Start digitally. Treat clinically.

Our aim is to make the initial steps towards specialist care straightforward, while ensuring that clinical decisions remain in the hands of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

MAKE AN ENQUIRY

Complete our confidential online enquiry form and indicate the type of assessment or treatment pathway you wish to discuss.

INITIAL SCREENING

Where available, our patient coordination team will provide information about the relevant pathway and the next steps for assessment.

CLINICAL ASSESSMENT

An appropriately qualified clinician assesses your medical history, symptoms, current treatments and individual circumstances.

PERSONALISED TREATMENT PLANNING

Where clinically appropriate and legally available, your clinician may discuss treatment options, their risks, alternatives, costs and follow-up requirements.

TREATMENT & ONGOING CARE

Treatment may involve telehealth consultations, in-person appointments, specialist therapy sessions or prescribed pharmaceutical products, depending on the pathway.

Psychedelic dosing sessions, where authorised, require appropriate in-person clinical supervision.

Submitting an enquiry does not establish a doctor–patient relationship or guarantee an appointment, prescription or treatment.

MINDR PRODUCTS

PRECISION ORAL MEDICINE.

No smoking. No vaping.

MINDR intends to develop a premium range of oral cannabinoid pharmaceutical products, led by pastilles and gummies, with complementary capsule formulations.

Our proposed products combine carefully considered oral delivery formats with a recognisable pharmaceutical identity and an emphasis on consistent formulation, appropriate quality standards and professional dispensing.

The product strategy is deliberately focused on alternatives to inhaled cannabis.

OUR PROPOSED PRODUCT FAMILY

MINDR SLEEP & REST
Oral cannabinoid formulation concepts intended for further clinical and commercial evaluation in sleep-related care.

MINDR PAIN & RELIEF
Proposed cannabinoid pastilles and capsules for consideration within clinician-managed chronic pain pathways.

MINDR CALM & BALANCE
Potential oral formulations for selected mental-health presentations, subject to clinical evidence, individual assessment and prescribing requirements.

MINDR PRECISION
Future research and development into controlled-dose oral formulations, including emerging psychedelic medicines where legally permitted and scientifically supported.

WHY ORAL FORMULATIONS?

Oral medicines offer an alternative for patients who do not wish to smoke or vaporise cannabis. Pastilles and capsules also allow a different approach to formulation, administration and product presentation.

MINDR sees an opportunity to develop a distinctive, professionally presented product family within the regulated pharmaceutical market.

Products, formulations, indications and availability are subject to development and regulatory requirements. The website must not display specific unapproved prescription-product promotions to the public.

PSYCHEDELIC-ASSISTED THERAPY

Specialist care in a regulated clinical setting.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines a prescribed medicine with structured clinical and psychological care.

It is substantially more involved than a conventional prescription appointment. Appropriate treatment requires screening, preparation, specialist oversight, supervised administration and follow-up.

OUR PROPOSED CLINICAL MODEL

  • Assessment and suitability. Reviewing diagnosis, medical history, psychological needs, contraindications and alternative treatments.
  • Preparation. Helping patients understand the proposed treatment, its limitations, risks and the clinical process.
  • Supervised treatment. Where authorised, medicine administration occurs in an appropriately equipped clinical setting under qualified supervision.
  • Follow-up and integration. Ongoing clinical review and psychological support as appropriate to the treatment plan.

MINDR's clinical model is intended to support safe, responsible access to emerging treatments within Australia's regulatory framework.

CHRONIC PAIN & MENTAL HEALTH

Recognising the connection between physical and mental health.

Persistent pain can affect sleep, mood, work, relationships and quality of life. Mental-health conditions can also complicate the experience and management of chronic pain.

MINDR intends to develop clinical services that recognise these overlapping needs rather than treating every symptom in isolation.

Our proposed pathways may include medical assessment, conventional treatments, specialist referrals and, where appropriate, consideration of prescribed oral cannabinoid medicines.

Medicinal cannabis is not suitable for everyone, and evidence varies considerably between conditions. Decisions about treatment must be based on individual assessment and current clinical guidance.
